I earned my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology with an Emphasis in Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. My Bachelor’s Degree is in Human Development & Psychology from Prescott College. I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, Ventura County Chapter.

I love being a therapist!

Having the opportunity to help so many different people is a privilege and a joy. I find it particularly rewarding to help couples resolve conflict, understand one another, and experience true intimacy and partnership.

I help individual adult and older teenage clients discover who they are and where they are going. Mental health symptoms are signals that something needs our attention. It can be scary and confusing to not understand what is happening and why.

I also work with families. It is powerful when whole families come in for therapy. Most people understand that the family they were born into had a huge impact on them. The progress and intergenerational change that we can make when we all sit down and really talk about things cannot be overstated!
